There are two partnership opportunities.
Option 1- You receive the lead- Name, address, distressed information and other information that may available. These leads are a mixture of homeowners that have been asked to be contacted for a cash offer and/OR vacant/abandoned homes, homes that have code violations, homes that are in probate, etc… Some of the leads will also have phone numbers and/or email addresses.
Option 2- You get notified once the homeowner has been contacted and it has been verified that they are looking to sell and ready to make an appointment with someone who is looking to buy their home. Ideally, we try to get a buyer matched to that home within 1hr max to make the appointment for either the same day or next day… so be ready!!
An investor friendly Buyer Broker Agreement is required for ALL investors before any property leads can be given- using Option 1 or Option 2. This is to protect the commission for any property that the investor has been made aware of through our efforts and also disclose the extent of the brokerage relationship. Investor is free to work with anyone else for any other properties.
